SunFrog combines print-on-demand (POD) with 3PL warehousing, so you can sell made-to-order products and/or ship stocked items from the same partner. They handle printing, quality control, packing, and shipping under your brand, letting you focus on design and growth.

Pricing, quality & fulfillment

You pay the base product + shipping per order for POD; 3PL services (receiving, storage, pick/pack) are program-dependent. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination—publish your delivery windows as production + transit, and order samples of key SKUs to confirm print quality and margins.

• Print methods: Professional workflows for apparel and hard goods (e.g., DTG/sublimation/transfer depending on item).
• Returns: Customer returns/exchanges are typically supported within a defined window; set your store policy to align.
• White-label: Blind shipping with your brand on slips/inserts where supported.

Integrations & branding

• Shopify via the SunFrog Solutions app for product sync and automatic fulfillment.
• Order Desk connection to bridge Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and other carts.
• API credentials for custom stores or apps; common iPaaS connectors can sync orders, tracking, and inventory.
• 3PL add-on: Ship your pre-made products to SunFrog for storage and pick/pack alongside POD items.
