PrintBase

PrintBase is an all-in-one print-on-demand platform where you launch a hosted store, create POD products, and let PrintBase handle production, shipping, payments, and support end-to-end—ideal for creators who want a fast setup without juggling multiple apps.

PrintBase overview

PrintBase produces items after the order is placed and ships directly to your customer under your brand. You design products (AOP apparel, tees/hoodies, home & living, accessories), publish them to your hosted PrintBase store, and manage everything from a single dashboard. Because it’s integrated, you don’t need separate e-commerce hosting, a third-party payment gateway, or a fulfillment plugin—the store, catalog, payments, and fulfillment live in one place.

Pricing, quality & fulfillment

PrintBase runs on a plan-based model with transparent base costs shown per product. Typical timelines are roughly 4–7 business days for production plus carrier transit (often ~5–8 business days in the U.S., longer internationally). As with any POD, order samples of your key SKUs to confirm print quality, fabric/fit, and margins before scaling.

  • Printing: Primarily DTG and sublimation (AOP) depending on item.
  • Payments: Built-in gateway with quick payouts to your store.
  • Tracking: Orders include live status updates and tracking links.

Integrations & branding

Since PrintBase is a hosted storefront, you can customize theme, colors, product pages, and checkout without external apps. Your shop is white-label (your logo/brand, not the provider’s), and you can connect a custom domain. If you prefer fulfillment-only for an existing external cart, the sister route via ShopBase + PrintHub can be used, but PrintBase is the simpler “all-in-one” track.

When PrintBase makes sense

  • You want a single platform that covers store + payments + POD fulfillment with minimal setup.
  • You’re launching fast and prefer simple operations over complex multi-app stacks.
  • You sell common POD basics (tees/hoodies, AOP apparel, home & living) and value an integrated dashboard.

If you already run a complex Shopify/Woo build or need an extremely broad multi-provider catalog, pair PrintBase with a specialist for those needs, or consider a networked POD.
