Pricing, quality & fulfillment

It’s free to start—pay the base product + shipping per order. A practical planning range is ~2–5 business days for production, then add carrier transit. Publish delivery windows on product pages as production + shipping, and order samples to validate finish and margins.

• Materials: Stainless steel and 18k gold-plated options (see base price list in dashboard/site).
• Production: Typical make time ~2–5 business days across most jewelry SKUs.
• Shipping (estimates): US ~2–5 business days; UK ~3–6; EU ~1–10; Canada ~5–10; AU/NZ ~10–15.
• Samples: Order sample pieces from the samples shop before scaling.
