GearLaunch overview

GearLaunch lets you launch products without inventory: create products in their platform or Shopify app, publish to your store, and GearLaunch prints, packs, and ships white-label directly to your customers. The catalog spans apparel, drinkware, stickers/cards/ornaments, phone cases & tech, journals, bags/footwear, and wall art.

Pricing, production & shipping

You pay the base product + shipping per order. A practical planning range is ~3–5 business days to ship after production begins; then add carrier transit. Publish delivery windows on product pages as production + transit, and order samples of your hero SKUs to validate color, substrate, and margins.

• U.S. delivery: about 5–10 business days after shipment (continental U.S.).
• Non-contiguous U.S.: often ~2–4 weeks after shipment.
• International: commonly ~4–6 weeks, subject to customs and lane variability.
• White-label: Brand-neutral packing and tracking back to your storefront.

Integrations & workflow

• Shopify app to create/sync products and automate orders.
• Order Desk integration to aggregate multi-channel orders (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.) and auto-send to GearLaunch.
• API/CSV options for custom stacks and enterprise workflows.
• Workflow: Connect → create/publish products → auto-fulfill → tracking updates to your store(s).

When GearLaunch makes sense

• You want a storefront-ready POD platform or a simple Shopify workflow.
• You sell apparel + giftables and need broad catalog coverage with white-label shipping.
• You prefer Order Desk/API/CSV flexibility for multi-channel operations.

Tip: Launch a tight trio—one tee, one ceramic mug, and one phone case. Show region-specific delivery ranges and add size/finish notes to reduce returns.
