There’s no subscription for fulfillment—you pay the base product + shipping per order. Duplium runs consumer-direct and B2B shipping with a published ~99.5% fulfill accuracy benchmark. Lead times vary by product and season (embroidery/special projects may take longer). Publish delivery windows as production + transit, and order samples to validate color, materials, and margins.
